During the Corona pandemic, André Simao dedicated himself more to teaching, temporarily taking on the position of a guitar teacher at the Städt. Musikschule Bayreuth, 2020-2022.
Solo Recital in Bavaria, Germany, 2019, a region to which André Simao devoted himself, delivering countless recitals.
A recital alongside mezzo-soprano Mere de Oliveira took place in Ribeirão Preto, Brazil, in 2018. The program featured a harmonious fusion of Spanish and Brazilian music for voice and guitar.

In 2016, André embarked on a concert tour across several cities in Egypt, performing with the Cairo Symphony Orchestra. Together with the violinist Mohamed Sharara, they performed Gerald Garcia's Romantic Concerto.
